SWCAHEC successfully engaged the community in hosting a safe, fun career-exploration for 8th-10th graders. Over 100 volunteers helped plan: hands-on learning, 1:1 time with professionals, mock trauma, tours, shadow experiences, and service projects. Outcomes showed increase in knowledge of health-career options; 30% reported the camp helped them decide on a health career!
