Sandra is Director of the WV AHEC Program. She has been involved in rural health policy and community development efforts for 32 years. She is committed to working with communities to promote and develop rural health programs and services. She is serving two national appointments – HRSA’s National Advisory Committee on Interdisciplinary, Community-Based Linkages, and the USDHHS Partnership for Action’s Region III Health Equity Council. She serves on NRHA’s Multiracial and Multicultural Health Council. Sandra co-chaired WVRHA’s rural healthcare workforce initiative.
